MIGLIO 5792 furniture exclusively uses "E0" grade water-based adhesives or plant-based glues, avoiding traditional adhesives that contain harmful volatile substances like formaldehyde and benzene. Water-based adhesives use water as a dispersing medium and release no harmful gases upon drying, ensuring indoor air quality.
Plant-based glues, derived from natural plant extracts such as soybean glue, offer reliable bonding performance and are biodegradable. They are suitable for wood joints and fabric adhesion, ensuring that the furniture is both structurally sound and environmentally friendly.

The trend is constantly changing, and we quickly introduce new products with precise cost control and stable profit growth, allowing our brand to lead the way forward. In addition, our professional media promotion team will produce creative images and videos to increase the exposure of your brand.
We choose eco-friendly foam that has high memory retention and low VOC (volatile organic compounds) emissions. The production process strictly controls the use of chemical additives to ensure human health and environmental safety. Some products incorporate natural latex, cotton, and other renewable fillings, providing comfort and ecological value to the furniture.
Green low carbon production
The production workshop has been fully upgraded with energy-saving equipment, including the introduction of an intelligent lighting system that automatically adjusts brightness based on lighting needs, and high-efficiency motors that reduce energy consumption. Optimizing the layout shortens the transportation paths between materials, production and products, and reduces energy consumption and turnover losses.
Use advanced CNC processing technology for precise cutting and engraving to reduce material waste; build a waste classification and recycling system to collect and classify wood scraps, metal scraps, and fabric waste, and reuse them separately or hand them over to professional institutions for processing; Our company is moving toward compostable packaging, with a goal of 100% recyclable packaging by 2026. In addition, 80% of our operational waste will be diverted from the waste stream by 2029.
