Furniture Production Steps

1.Layout Design

MIGLIO 5792 Professional designers from East and West create unique sofa styles that prioritize ergonomic comfort and functionality.
We provide OEM and ODM solutions to meet your needs. You can contact us on the MIGLIO 5792 website to customize the fabric, size and color of your favorite furniture style, and also provide your own furniture design drawings and ideas for us to produce or design.

2.Cutting Fabric And Sewing

Fabrics carefully selected by MIGLIO are CNC precisely cut to match the desired style. Each piece of fabric is carefully sewn and edged by skilled workers using advanced German machines. Different fabrics are sewn with different techniques to ensure that each stitch is perfectly executed with no floating threads, resulting in superior quality and attention to detail, comfort and beauty in functional unity.

3.Build The Furniture Frame

The sofa frame is made of high-quality imported larch wood, and the wood specifications, harmless plywood, and fixing nails used are far superior to market standards.
The sawn wood is fixed into a wooden frame, and the plywood material is nailed to the wooden frame and polished smooth.
The outdoor furniture is made of thick aluminum alloy tubes and advanced electric welding technology, with multi-layer protective coating, which is anti-corrosion and stable.

4.Make The Bottom Support Layer

After carefully sanding the wooden frame, the craftsmen expertly pull the 5cm and 7cm rubber elastic bands and 3.8mm sinuous springs and reinforced steel wires that far exceed the market standard, further stabilizing the structure, this process ensures that our sofas offer an unparalleled Supportive and resilient for superior comfort and stability.

5.Paste The Sponge Filling Support Layer

Skilled craftsmen spread a layer of mesh on the bottom spring support layer, and then evenly spray a layer of E0 grade glue to fix the sponge in place. According to the specific parts of the sofa, we use sponges of different thicknesses and layers.
After sticking the sponge, we carefully spread a layer of white silk cotton on every position of the sofa, and added a layer of down to the seat. This intricate workmanship for optimum comfort and support.

6.Cloth/Leather Case Fixed

Skilled workers firmly fix the cloth/leather cover on the semi-finished sofa, so that the sofa is fully wrapped without losing comfort. In addition, the bottom of each seat cushion is covered with non-slip cloth to prevent the seat cushion from shifting during use.

The bottom of each sofa has at least 4 stainless steel or solid wood feet, and the accessories used have been strictly screened for durability and safety.

7.Stuffed Seat Cushion/Pillow

The seat cushions and pillows of the sofa are filled with down, cotton, rayon and other high-quality materials for selection. Our materials go through strict selection, disinfection, inspection and other processes, and then the inner bag is fully filled. Finally, the bag mouth is sewn with a German advanced sewing machine, the sewing line is perfect, and the thread will not burst.

8.Quality Inspection

In addition to strict inspection of each process of furniture production, the products produced must also pass the strict full QC inspection of the production director team. Shipments can only be made after passing the quality inspection.

9.Package Fixed

As a trusted supplier of high-end e-commerce brands, MIGLIO has developed packaging standards that are shockproof, scratch-resistant, pressure-resistant, environmentally friendly, and degradable. After wrapping the furniture with multiple layers of cushioning foam paper and protecting the corners with thick cardboard, it is packed in a thickened warren carton to provide safety protection during transportation.
