    Yes, we are a well-known professional furniture source manufacturer in Heshan City, Guangdong Province, China, with a 35,000 square meter production workshop.

    Q2: What are your main products?
    ●We specialize in high-end indoor and outdoor furniture such as sofas, chairs, beds, tables, etc. Provide high-quality OEM, ODM & OBM services.


    Q3: Where are the products mainly exported?
    ●More than 20 countries around the world, mainly Europe, America and Australia.


    Q4:How many years of industry experience?
    Started in 2008, with more than 15 years of historical experience.


    Q5:How many containers do you transport in a month?
    There are 300*40 ft HC in the peak season, and about 50 in the off-season.


    Q6:Are there any advantages in raw materials, accessories, and technology?
    ● The indoor sofa frame is made of imported larch wood. The specifications of the wooden squares are 2×4cm, 2×5cm, and 4×5cm; the base: the elastic bands are 5cm and 7cm, and the 3.8mm snake spring provides sufficient support and resilience, and is durable.
     
    ●Outdoor furniture is professionally made with all-weather protection, quick-drying, moisture-proof, waterproof and rust-proof. The welding points of the metal frame are smooth and smooth, with no obvious rough welding points;
     
    ●The soft bag is filled with high-resilience and high-density sponge, which is of high quality and will not collapse for more than 5 years.
     
    ●The furniture is made of safe and environmentally friendly brand materials, which is safe and stable.
     
    ●The production machines are imported from Germany, and every stitch and every thread is strived for perfection.


    Q7:How do you ensure quality?
    The normal service life of most of our furniture is 7-10 years. In the factory, pre-production samples are always made before mass production, which are strictly inspected during each production process, and all final inspections are performed by the QC department before shipment. If damage occurs during transportation or other reasons, we will provide you with the best solution.

     

  • Order

    Q1: Can I get a sample before order?
    ●Free sending of fabric color samples is supported; free sending of product samples is not supported;


    Q2: How long is the proofing cycle generally?
    ●The production time for sofa and chair samples is about 11 days, and the table type is about 14 days.


    Q3: Proofing method: Proofing can be done after providing drawings? Do I have to send a sample to proofing?
    ●We have a professional production and design team, and we can make samples after providing design drawings, dimensions, and material requirements. If you purchase 60 pieces in total, the proofing fee will be refunded.

     
    Q4: Product minimum order quantity?
    ●5*sofa; 50*dining chairs; 50*panel furniture; 10*glass fiber reinforced plastic/GRC products.
    If the order quantity is less than the above wholesale MOQ, we will sell it at the retail price or sample price.


    Q5: Can you print logo? Who pays for the printing costs? Can the logo fee be waived if the purchase reaches the quantity?
    ●OEM and logo printing are available. Customer pays for printing. For details please contact us.


    Q6: Do you support on-site factory visits?
    ●Support, warm reception!

     
  • Logistics Delivery

    Q1: Can you arrange the shipment by door to door?
    ●We can provide door to door service by sea, which can save your time and money. In addition, we have cooperative freight forwarders in some countries, which can arrange customs clearance for you.


    Q2: What is the delivery time?
    ●Usually, we start to arrange shipment 20-30 days after the order is completed.


    Q3: What kind of packaging is used for the product, can you provide packaging photos? 
    ●Pearl cotton+foam cotton+cardboard long corner protector+inflatable bag+carton; overweight products will be protected by wooden strips; packaging photos can be provided.


  • After Sale

    Q1: Do you support return and exchange?
    ●Due to bulk commodities, non-product quality problems do not support returns; if you have quality problems, please contact us, we will give you a satisfactory solution.


    Q2: Does it support damaged reshipment? Is it possible to get a refund or resend if there is less delivery?
    ●Missing products can be reissued; if the product is damaged, we will negotiate whether it is a logistics problem or a quality inspection problem, and then compensate according to the actual situation.
